Payments

Payment plans can be discussed if preferred.

Full payment

Split payment: You will be required to send 50% of the payment upfront and the second half when the final art piece has been approved.

All payments should be completed before file delivery.

Once the work has commenced, cancellations by the client will not be eligible for a refund.

If you wish to make any changes to the finished piece that were not discussed in advance, there will be a fee based on the nature of the requested changes.

In the event of mistakes on my part, I will fix them for free.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Projected work time: 1-3 weeks depending on complexity

Progress updates: Every 2-4 days

Delivery: The completed work will be delivered to you as a digital file in .PNG and .JPEG formats. If you require alternative formats or sizes, please inform me during the project briefing.

You will receive your completed work via Google Drive. I will keep the files available for download for 30 days, and you can extend the access duration at your convenience.
COPYRIGHTS AND USE

Artists retain certain rights, including showcasing work in a portfolio, posting with a watermark, and creating time-lapse videos. If you have specific requests, please let me know.

Do not use the work for NFTs or AI training.

The client may use the work for personal use and should give credit to the artist when possible.

Commercial work is any work used for financial gain, directly or indirectly, including publishing, sales support, or monetizing through audience engagement on any platform.
